We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/06, 9:45 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/06, 9:15 UTC and that during the half an hour that it took to resolve the issue approximately 5% of customers experienced data access issues in the Azure Portal and in the App Analytics Portal.
