We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 11:25 UTC on Friday April 6th. Our logs show the incident started on 09:15 UTC on Friday April 6th and that during the 2 hours and 10 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced Slow and Failed commands due to limited disruption within AAD in the West Europe Region. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
- Root Cause: The AAD team have mitigated the issue, allowing the VSTS services to return to normal.

Our DevOps team continues to investigate issues with Slow and Failed commands in West Europe. Root cause is not fully understood at this time, though it is suspected to be related to AAD issues in the region. The problem began at 09:15. We currently have no estimated time for resolution.
