We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/23, 08:10 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/23, 07:00 UTC and that during the 1 hour 10 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 1% of customers experienced data loss for metric data type.

- Root Cause: The failure was due to data drops by agent components which ingest into out backend data.
