We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of Tuesday, July 18th 2017 01:05 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on Tuesday, July 18th 2017 00:35 UTC. One of our collection database in East Australia region was unhealthy and saw an increase in active requests queued on it resulting in performance degradation for customers hosted on this database. This issue has been self-healed. We are continuing our investigation to root cause the incident to avoid any reoccurrence.
