We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as 7/12 10:40 PM UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 7/12, 10:25 PM UTC and that during the 15 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 10% of customers experienced data accessing issues in Azure and App Analytics portals.

- Root Cause: The issue is due to issues in one of our back end services, which is responsible for data retrieval. The Complete RCA is pending with the back end team.
