We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 11 June 2017 03:35 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11 June 2017 01:50 UTC and that during the 1 hours and 45 minutes that it took to resolve the issue. ~9.4% of active customers experienced increased percentage of failed commands (approximately 1% of commands) in the East Australia region. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to an Azure networking issues in East Australia.
- Chance of Re-occurrence: Low – Azure is actively investigating the issues and is in the process mitigating it
