The investigation continues. At the moment we have external network providers engaged on the investigation and they have been able to reproduce the issue.

We're investigating the Release view showing up as blank for some users, the scope of impact is not well understood at this time and we are actively investigating the issue.
We have seen several reports from Developer Community and are working with one of the reporters
Users who hit this issue will see a blank area where the normal Azure Pipelines' Releases would normally show
