Application Insights experienced intermittent errors today and we confirm that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/21, 20:55 UTC. Our logs show that during the incident timelines as mentioned below, customers would have experienced data access issues while using Application Analytics and Azure Portals.

20 minutes- 09/21 16:55 UTC through 09/21 17:15 UTC- ~19% customers across all regions
60 minutes- 09/21 19:55 UTC through 09/21 20:55 UTC - ~8 % customers in West Europe and East US regions
- Root Cause: The failure was due to errors in one of the dependent services.
