We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 08/20, 10:14 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 08/20, 08:47 UTC and that during the 1 Hour 27 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 352 customers experienced data access issues in the portal.

- Root Cause: The failure was due to issues with the configuration of one of our back-end service.
