We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 07/23, 23:17 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 07/23, 20:15 UTC and that during the 3 hours that it took to resolve the issue all customers may have experienced Webtest and Metrics Alerting issues due to this incident.

- Root Cause: The failure was due to configuration changes made to the networking.
