We observed that one of the dependent VSTS Services was consuming high CPU on all the Application Tiers due to heavy incoming traffic, there by impacting performance. We have increased the count of application tiers to balance the load. We are currently monitoring the system health. The problem began on July 4th, 2018 06:25 UTC.
