We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/10, 09:55 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/10, 04:43 UTC and that during the 5 hours 12 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers would have experienced Data latency in Azure Portal.

Root cause has been isolated to Azure Storage Outage in West Europe which was impacting Data latency in Azure Portal.

Engineers re-balanced the load across the nodes in the scale unit
to mitigate the issue. Some customers may experience Data Latency in Azure Portal and we estimate 2 hours before all data latency issues are addressed.
