We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 15:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 13:45 UTC and that during the 1 hour and 15 minutes that it took to resolve the issue. Users may have experienced performance degradation in the West Europe region. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  • Root Cause: Still not fully understood, initial investigation shows slow commands on external dependencies.
  • Chance of Re-occurrence: Medium
  • Incident Timeline: 1 hour & 15 minutes – 13:45 UTC through 15:00 UTC

Our DevOps team continues to investigate issues with Performance Degradation . Root cause is not fully understood at this time, though it is suspected to be related to Slow Commands . The problem began at 13:00 UTC. We currently have no estimated time for resolution.
