We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 12:50 UTC April 11th 2018. Our logs show the incident started on 12:15 UTC April 11th 2018 and that during the 35 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced slow commands. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to Performance issues on a single Database.
