Performance degradation in West Europe – 04/09 – Mitigated

We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 10:40 April 9th 2018 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 08:50 UTC April 9th 2018 and that during the 1 hour and 50 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers may have experienced intermittent slowness. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  • Root Cause: Root Cause is not fully understood.
  • Chance of Re-occurrence: High. Our DevOps team is continuing to investigate the issue.

Our DevOps team continues to investigate intermittent slowness in West Europe Region. Root cause is not fully understood at this time. The problem began at 08:50 UTC April 9th 2018. We currently have no estimated time for resolution.
