We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/19, 13:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 01/19, 12:50 UTC and that during the 25 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 6% of customers experienced data access issues while accessing through azure portal.
