We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 04-24-2017 18:53 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04-24-2017 18:40. Customers should now have no issues while accessing their Visual Studio Team Services accounts. Initial investigations suggests that the issue was due to high call rates on one of the databases during the impact window.
