We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/28, 13:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/28, 11:00 UTC and that during the 2 hours and 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, some customers would have experienced data loss for 1% of their data. - Root Cause: The failure was due to data drops by agent components which ingest into out backend data.
