We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/08, 10:10 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/08, 09:35 UTC and that during the 35 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 10% of customers experienced issues accessing data in Azure portal and App Analytics portal.

- Root Cause: The failure was due to one of our back end services responsible for data retrieval in the portal.
